I absolutely love the fresh perspective of this book and that it doesn't start with telling me to get rid of everything in my pantry! As a thin woman, it's easy to fall into the mindset that weight maintenance is about "losing pounds", but Coach Gwen helps us understand there's fat to be shed that has nothing at all to do with food or love handles! This book is critical for anyone looking to be in control of their lives, their attitudes, their mindset, their habits and yes, their weight, too.
